Instructions for ordering:

 Choose the style patch along with the specific color and place your order for the quantity you are wanting. Once the order is placed send an email to info@caldwellscustoms.com with your order number and the artwork in vector format. A proof will then be sent back to the email you sent from and once approved your order will be made and shipped.
